A personalised service, and utilisation of our established network, ensures quality processes and execution. Time + Efficiency

We believe in a full project team collaborative approach to save precious pre-construction and on-site time. By actively targeting the right building and trade resources during preliminary and developed design stages – including supplier selection – we ensure the project benefits from an agile, concurrent and tailored process. Builders, trades and suppliers are procured earlier for project input, cost efficiency and added value, allowing consultants to adapt the design to meet the current environment of materials’ supply chain and programme sequencing.

Value for Money

Cost effective does not always translate as value for money. The process of utilising the most appropriate building, trade and supplier resource network, using a tailored and efficient methodology, is what adds true project value and cost efficiencies. We believe in basing our resource selection not only on competitive current market cost, but also on character, confidence and competence. Director

Carlos Bezzina

I am passionate about construction and interior fit-out, with a successful track record in the commercial management of construction businesses. I bring a commercial focus, providing financial clarity and transparency for clients, managing project costs and value engineering on complex projects, with an emphasis on collaboration, communication and culture.

I initially qualified as a Quantity Surveyor and developed a keen eye for detail. I have gained extensive contract knowledge over more than 30 years across all sectors of commercial construction, property development and project management. This has led to an extensive network of collaborators that I draw on, from design and engineering professionals to builders, trades and suppliers.

Experienced with all tender and contract forms, I can establish and manage open tender, invited or selected tender, negotiated, cost plus, open book, P&G + margin, design & build, ECI, NZS 3910 / 3915 / 3916, NZIA and NBC forms of contract.

I engage at a personal level to get to the heart of the design intent, project opportunities and constraints, and to understand the end user perspective in order to find the ‘best for project’ solution.
